Every dress you rent oncomes complete with a Refund Guarantee.

It covers you in the unlikely event that you cannot wear your dress due to a late delivery. It also covers you in the rare event that your dress arrives different to its description. The following conditions apply:

• You will be automatically entitled to a Refund if your dress is not delivered on time, you return it right away & you don’t end up wearing it.
• You will be entitled to a Refund if your dress is not received as described by the Lender, subject to our normal dispute resolution process within our T & C's.
• If you end up wearing the dress, or do not return it promptly, then you will not be entitled to a Refund. This guarantee does not cover fit, please see our Help & FAQ if you want to Try On a dress.
• The normal Designerex™ T & C's apply to every booking.
