Very dissapointing. This was a brand new dress for us with Michelle being the first to wear. Michelle initially gave us the wrong adress to send this to, so we had to scramble to retrieve the parcel and send to the correct address. We received the dress back late with damages, the internal tie had been ripped out completely, the external belt loop was broken on one side and the dress was absolutely covered in fake tan and left-over tape on both sides. Michelle admitted the damages but denied she had worn it, a complete lie. Avoid lending to this person at all costs, she shows no respect for the item she has hired from you and leaves you with damages to fix.
