I had an absolutely incredible experience hiring a dress from Only Zimmy. The dress I chose was absolutely gorgeous and fit me perfectly. It was even cheaper than buying a dress and having it dry cleaned myself. On the night of the event, someone accidentally spilled red wine on my dress. I was so worried, but the owner of the dress hire was so kind and understanding. She took the dress to the dry cleaners immediately and they were able to get the stain out. The owner of the dress hire was also great at communicating with me throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions and she made sure that I was completely satisfied with the dress. I had so many people complimenting me on the dress The owner of the dress hire went above and beyond to make sure i had a positive experience.
