Karen was just so amazing to deal with. I had hired this beautiful dress for a wedding but due to torrential rain I opted to not wear it as I was too worried about ruining it in the mud. I decided to extend the hire for the following week for my baby shower and Karen so kindly let me do so for a very minimal cost. She is a pure angel to deal with and I loved wearing this gorgeous oroton dress to my shower. Thank you again xxx
