Please also be mindful with jewellery, as well as harsh surfaces when sitting / leaning. Pills or snagging in the material may result in the full RRP being charged. ✩ Basic cleaning costs are included in the hire price; if a garment is excessively stained and requires additional cleaning you may be charged. Please do not attempt to wash, clean or iron the garment - if you are worried about a stain, please contact us and we can advise if you need to soak or anything. ✩ Please do not alter the garment in any way (this includes safety pins and fashion tape etc). ✩ Late return’s will incur a $20 late fee per day.

All items are posted via Australia Post in an express mailer and include a pre-filled return satchel. Local pickup from Welland 5007 in Adelaide is also available. Returns are due back the following business day before 4PM. Please ensure returns are lodged at your local post office (inside), and not at a street post box so you receive a proof of lodgement receipt. Items lodged in street post boxes cause delays and will incur late fees.
