These have been designed to be warn as straps over the shoulders, or dropped alongside the body as a brace feature where the outfit becomes a high waisted skirt. The body is full of fabric with layers of frills and lining to the top small frill. This style includes the bandeau that it is pictured with and this can be worn tied at the front or at the back.
