All postal hires are packaged in a reusable postage bag and include a prepaid returns postage label.  To reuse the post bag provided, cut along the dotted lines when opening and reseal the bag using the second adhesive strip when you go to return. Then attach the returns postage label provided onto the bag, covering the original postage label.  If you lose or discard the included post bag & return label, you are liable to cover the cost of new return postage.  All posted hires must be lodged at an Australia Post post office by 4pm on the final day of your hire booking. Please ensure you receive a lodgement receipt from the Australia Post staff so you can provide proof of postage if required.  Postal returns are NOT to be lodged in an Australia Post street box.
