Lilly kept the dress for 10 days. The dress was returned eventually, in great condition. However, she is difficult to deal with and denies retaining the dress beyond the agreed date. Once the date was pointed out repeatedly, she became nasty, rude and claimed the dress was faulty. Despite it being brand new, worn only once previously and had never communicated this during the 10 days the dress was kept.
