Elizabeth went that little bit extra for me from the moment I messaged her. I was in need of a dress in 2 days plus she was interstate. So I knew it was a long stretch to find something so last minute. But Elizabeth had the curtosy of leaving work early to get the dress posted to me overnight. The dress arrived on time as promised and I was blown away at her services so last minute. I would highly recommend hiring with Elizabeth. I was hesitant spending the money but it was totally worth it thanks to her. She made my first time hiring with designerex such a great experience and she was just so polite throughout the whole process.

Never again!!! Booked this dress & had confirmation it would arrive. It never did and I was totally ignored by Elizabeth when I tried desperately to get in touch to find out if it was still on the way. It was the most stressful experience & I was inconvenienced immensely when I had to find a dress at the last minute. Shocking! At lest Designer ex refunded my monies but I would not trust this process ever again.

Don’t hesitate We saw a dress that was way out of our price range for my daughters year 12 graduation & never in a million years did I imagine she would get the opportunity to wear it!! She did !
