    I received the confirmation that luxe and co had accepted my order on the 5th of March for my dress to come on the 5th of April - which I feel is plenty of time to ensure the order comes on time. When I didn't receive any further notification on Tuesday the 4th of April I thought I would follow up that the dress had been sent to which I received the response "There might be a delay due to the bad weather along the east coast. When was the latest you need it by?" This did not confirm that the item had been sent so I sent a follow up saying 'can I confirm that this has been sent?' To which I received no reply. On Wednesday the 5th (the day it was supposed to arrive) I also sent an email and messaged through Facebook asking if it had been sent. I received a reply saying it you were sure I would get it tomorrow. I asked for a tracking number to which I received no reply. The following day (the day after it was due to arrive and the day of my graduation) it got to 3pm (3 hours before my graduation) and the dress still hadn't arrived. I asked again over Facebook and email for a tracking number to which I received no reply. This forced me to quickly get ready, take a taxi to the shops, spend $200 on dress at 5:50pm, put it on in the Westfield bathroom and walk over to my graduation at 6:00pm. Now today I received a notification that the dress had arrived and I checked the tracking (see attached) only to find that you sent it at 2:09pm on Wednesday the 5th which was THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE ON. Not only did they post my dress on the day I had scheduled it to arrive, they sent me 2 very vague responses to the 7 messages/emails I sent to them. This service was absolutely horrendous. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund I received no response and had to go through Designerex (who are awesome and responded immediately).
