I hired the dress to wear on my wedding day, JVu send it out a week in advance to ensure i get it on time and free of charge. The dress arrived in immaculate condition. I have received so many compliments for my wedding dress and looked exactly like it was described. Dress arrived two days past rental period so had to wear something else for my event. Communication was great until it became obvious the dress would not arrive on time and then I never heard from them again. No refund was offered even though I sent the dress back straight away.
