Loved the Oroton One Shoulder Dress I rented from Rachel. However, it turned up very crushed and creased. It was obvious it was pulled out of the washing machine and stuffed into the postage bag straight away. For the rental price I expected it to be steamed / dry cleaned or even ironed and also return postage incl.
