    Very unhappy with the service from Emma. I received an item that wasn’t anything like her photos online/ on her Instagram page. And when I approached her about it she was unwilling to negotiate and was also quite rude in her responses. Really disappointed in her service, and probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
