Unfortunately I’m really disappointed in my experience with Emma. When the dress arrived it didn’t fit me at all which was really disappointing. I messaged Emma straight away and sent the dress back because she agreed to reimburse me for part of the hire cost. I was happy to receive even just a small portion of it back as I was completely unable to wear the dress. Although she agreed, Emma never replied to my messages and didn’t reimburse me at all. It’s such a shame because I was so out of pocket for something I got no use out of.
