Unfortunately my experience with style reservation was appalling. Firstly I received the dress only to find it was not true to size which was heart breaking because I had a wedding that weekend. Style reservation then offered me a partial refund if I sent the dress back immediately which I did. After this all communication from her side dropped off. She wouldn’t respond to my messages and I had to get designerex to intervene. After 3 weeks I finally received my refund of $30 after paying $110. I would never hire a dress from here again.
