The renter has been consistently challenging to communicate with since the dress was booked. She frequently changed her mind about wanting the dress and overwhelmed me with messages about her stress. Despite this, I went out of my way to help her, even sourcing and booking a dry cleaner. However, as the situation escalated, I became less concerned about the money and more about wanting to end our dealings altogether. I would not recommend renting to her, it is clear that the renter is young, and her communication reflects that.
