    Submitted a request for pick up/drop off. Didn’t drop the dress back. Didn’t reply for days. Provided no communication at all that the dress was going to be returned. Finally replied with the tracking number days later. Caused another Renter to miss out on wearing the dress. I would be declining orders from this Renter going forward as what she did was very selfish.
