    excellent communication. Item always arrives on time. Items exactly as seen in picture and Vanessa always happy to answer any questions and send photos of the items of needed. Very easy transactions :)

    I am really unhappy. I was charged a full payment for this outfit hire and I don’t receive it in time for the date I booked the outfit. I have tried to get a refund through designerex and the seller, however the seller has not issued a refund and designerex can’t even respond to any queries raised by their customers. This was the first time I hired a designer outfit for a special event and the first time I have used designerex. I do NOT recommend hiring an outfit from this seller as she double booked the outfit which is why I didn’t receive it in time and I don’t recommend hiring from this website. A complete loss of money.
