Everything borrowed will be sent out via Australia Post Express Service, with a return satchel included (expense covered by us for your convenience.) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WEDNESDAY BOOKINGS. IF YOU BOOK YOUR ITEM FOR A WEDNESDAY THE FIRST DAY OF RENTAL WILL BE THE THURSDAY. To receive your order in time for the weekend please ensure you place your booking prior to 3PM Wednesday (exc NSW). NSW CUSTOMERS for last minute Interstate bookings cut off is 3PM Thursday, a courier service can be booked via designerex (at additional cost) for 3-hour express delivery please get in touch if you require this service or contact designerex customer service for any questions. NSW CUSTOMERS - you have until 3pm Friday each week to place a pickup booking so we have time to prepare it for you, please get in touch as we offer contactless collection.
