Exchange with the lender started out great. Unfortunately didn’t arrive in time for my event. Lacey assured me once the dress was returned a refund would be given. However, once the dress was returned, she did not provide one despite multiple attempts to contact her to do so. She eventually stopped responding and sadly I had to notify the site for help retrieving an outcome.
