Easy custom to deal with and good comms but dress was returned in terrible condition with fake tan stains, dirt stains, drink stains and sleeve of the dress has been damaged. Price to dry clean the dress costs almost as much the price to rent the dress. Unfortunately will not be renting to this customer again.
