Ordered for my dress to arrive on Wednesday, the dress didn’t get sent until Wednesday.. I informed the girl that I needed this by Thursday at the latest as I was meant to be going away for the weekend Friday morning however had to change plans as the dress didn’t arrive Thursday, Friday morning I had to go to my local post office and track down the postie otherwise I would have been left without an outfit for the event I was going to. I have messaged this hirer letting her know I am not happy with the service however, still to this date I have not received a response back. Not reliable at all

I rented a dress which unfortunately didn’t fit properly. I sent the dress straight to the next customer unworn as requested. Casey said that I could get another dress for another event. I’ve contacted Casey to get another dress and she hasn’t responded. Just don’t know why you’d offer something and then ignore.
