Nightmare dress hire!!! I booked this dress a month in advance which was approved. Firstly, it was hard enough to get a confirmation from the dress lender a week before the event. I received the incorrect size dress on the Tuesday ( an 8 instead of a 6). When I spoke to the lender they had mixed the orders up with another renter and I was asked to express post my item to another renter, which I did. I was notified that my size would be express posted to my by the other renter however I never received that item. On Saturday the day of the event nothing had been received still and i received no reply from the lender even after multiple messages. I found the lender to be unhelpful and unreliable. I was very disappointed in my experience with the lender and feel lied to as my item still has not arrived weeks later. If I was notified there was a mistake or issue with the order I could have gotten something from another seller. Lack of communication is very worrying.

Dress was not as pictured, too much fabric with no ability to make it fit my waist nor height making it unwearable for the event I hired it for. Complete waste of my money and time. First experience with hiring on this platform and I would not recommend hiring from rentmydressaus. All I received was gaslighting statements that made me feel like I was being unreasonable. Rejected my plea for a 50% refund and couldn't even apologise for hiring out a dress that was unwearable.
