My dress was booked over a month ago, on the week of event renter advised me that to get my dress on time I need to get it dry cleaned myself, cost were covered, but I had one day to find an express dry clean. renter was saying I’m not cooperating with her, She did offer to cancel or get the other sender to dry clean but she advised I may not get it in time. I received a very dirty, stained dress, Due to the time the dress arrived if I left it at the dry cleaner to get it full cleaned, I would have no dress for the wedding tomorrow, as they said it would take several days. Lender wasn’t happy with the express dry clean and wanted to cancel order so she could have it dry cleaned properly. I’m quite disappointed how stressful this situation has been and would assume that hiring the dress would be quick and simple. Why do I have to take my time and effort to clean something that I’ve paid hundreds of dollars for?
